When it comes time to fix your computer, you want to load up into Windows Safe mode. This mode is faster, more stable, and often the only mode you can load up when your computer's crashed. I'll guide you into how to load Safe mode and how it will save you a ton of time when fixing your computer.

Windows has several flavors that you can load, or "Boot" into. The default is Normal mode, of which everyone is intimately familiar. Booting Windows normally will load up all windows services, all device drivers and all startup items. These are all the things that make your Windows experience tick. Without them, Windows would look bland, games wouldn't function properly and your computer would be about as useful as a calculator.

However, it's usually all these extra programs that crash your system, expose security exploits and bog down your systems performance. That's why, when it comes time to fix your computer, we first want to get rid of all these extra's and boot up into a sleek, streamlined version of Windows.
